Those new to paintball often have several of the same questions.  Let's see if
we can answer those for you here.  If not, you can always drop us an email.
Question:  What is paintball?

Answer:  Paintball is a sport where strategy and teamwork
are a must.  In its most basic form, it is an agressive game
of TAG.  The standard objective is to "tag" the opponent
with a paint splat from a paintball hit.  Paintballs that
bounce without leaving a paint mark do not count as "hits".

Question:  Does it hurt?

Answer:  That will depend.  Once you get the hang of it,
you'll take most of your hits to your equipment which
doesn't hurt at all.  However,  there is a strong likelihood
that the first few games you play you may get hit on the
body.  It does sting.  This is one reason for the 20 foot rule.
The closer you are to the person shooting you, the more of
the paintball's energy you are going to absorb.

Question:  How long can I play?

Answer:  You can play as long as you have paintballs.
Beginning players can usually play 5-8 games on 200
paintballs.  Each game may last as long as 10 minutes but
normally is over in under 5.

Question:  Can I buy more paintballs and air?

Answer:  Yes.  Paintballs are available by the bag (500) or
the case.  CO2 can be refilled as needed.  A 9 ounce tank
will offer as many as 700 shots without refilling.
